Sale of tickets and food and drink:

1. The Website FAQs page contains details of how to place your order for a ticket (and, if applicable, 3D Glasses, food and/or drink), including how to correct input errors during the booking process. We advise you to read these FAQs before you proceed to place an order. To view a 3D film correctly, you acknowledge and agree that you will need to have or buy 3D Glasses.

2. The sale of tickets (and, if applicable, 3D Glasses, food and/or drink) on the Website, the Mobile Apps, kiosks or any of our third-party partners, resellers or distributors is subject to availability. Your order is an offer to purchase from Scene Cinemas KSA, and we retain the absolute discretion to refuse your order for any reason or no reason at all. If your order is successful, we will display a confirmation page on your screen at the end of the booking process, and at this point, there will be a contract between you and Scene Cinemas KSA for the purchase of the items in the order we have confirmed, which will incorporate the applicable provisions of these Terms. We will also send you an email confirmation of your completed order, for your information. We recommend that you print out or save a copy of the confirmation page and/or confirmation e-mail for your records.

Ticket and food and drink price / Online Booking Fee:

1. The price of a ticket (and, if applicable, 3D Glasses and/or food and drink) shall be initially indicated on the Website, or the Mobile Apps during the booking process, but shall be finally determined and displayed to you only at the time your order is confirmed.

2. Payment can be made by any method specified in the booking process, and we retain the absolute discretion of adding and removing available payment methods from time to time without notice.

3. All stated ticket prices include any applicable ESF (Entertainment Service Fees) and Value Added Tax. Online booking fees are separate per ticket fee added to each ticket purchased online through Scene App or website. Please note that if a pricing or product error occurs (as determined solely by us) for any reason and at any point in the booking process, we are not under an obligation to provide any ticket(s), food, drink or 3D Glasses affected by such pricing or product error to you, even after the confirmation page has been displayed and the confirmation email sent to you, if such a product or pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognized by you to be as such. Additional information with regards incorrect pricing is covered under Part C of this document. Price and availability information is subject to change, from time to time, without notice.

Promotional Vouchers / Discount Cards / Guest Passes:

1. Unless otherwise stated, you cannot use any promotional vouchers or discount cards in conjunction with a ticket, food or drink purchase via the Website (if you wish to do this, you will need to visit a cinema in person). You cannot use Guest Passes to pay for a ticket purchase via the Website, the Mobile Apps, kiosks or any of our third-party partners, resellers or distributors (if you wish to do this, you will need to visit a cinema in person).

2. A Guest Pass has no monetary value but can be exchanged for a cinema ticket under the rules and conditions of exchange set out on the pass or voucher. Promotional offers, vouchers and codes may not be used in conjunction with any other offer, unless otherwise stated. All offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.

Privacy and Security:

1. Please read the Scene Cinemas KSA Privacy Policy (available in the Website "Privacy Policy”), which is deemed to form part of these Terms and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Scene Cinemas KSA Privacy Policy helps you understand how Scene Cinemas KSA may collect and use your personal information and the choices you can make about how your personal information is used. In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between the Scene Cinemas KSA Privacy Policy and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail only to the extent of such conflict or inconsistency.

2. When you purchase a ticket (and if applicable, 3D Glasses, food and/or drink) via the Website, the Mobile Apps or kiosks, all transaction details that you provide (including your name and credit card details) will be held and used in accordance with the Scene Cinemas KSA Privacy Policy and will be encrypted using SSL technology.

Scene Cinemas KSA Website Terms of Use:

1. Please read Scene Cinemas KSA Website Terms of Use (available in the Website "Privacy Policy" and "Terms and Conditions" pages), which are deemed to form part of these Terms and are incorporated into these Terms by reference (to view the "Privacy Policy" and "Terms and Conditions" pages). In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between Scene Cinemas KSA Website Terms of Use and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail only to the extent of such conflict or inconsistency.

Collection of tickets, food, drink and 3D Glasses:

1. Tickets can be collected from the box office in your chosen cinema when your credit/debit card transaction and the booking process have been completed.

2. For security reasons, the cardholder must be present to collect the tickets (and, if applicable, 3D Glasses, food and/or drink), and you will need to bring and may be required to present the same card used to make your booking upon collection.

3. You can collect your film tickets, food and beverage all at the same time at the food and beverage counter. Please go to the retail counter with the debit or credit card you used to book online or your booking reference to collect your items. If you pick up your tickets from the automatic ticket machines ("ATMs"), your food and drink collection receipt will also be printed off. You will need to take your collection receipt to the retail counter to collect your food and drink items.

4. You must collect your food and drink on the same day as your film screening, and all food and drink items must be collected together.

5. If you purchase food or beverages during the ticket booking process via our Website or Mobile App and the selected items are unavailable upon collection at the cinema, we will offer a substitute product of equal value to the items purchased or a refund for unavailable items. You can choose whether to accept the substitute or receive a refund. Our team will work with you to identify the most suitable alternative.

6. You agreed that the offered substitution or the refund shall constitute the sole and exclusive remedy available to you in these circumstances, and you agree that no further compensation of any kind shall be provided.

7. Unless otherwise expressly stated elsewhere on the Website or the Mobile Apps, food and drink cannot be exchanged or refunded.

8. If your tickets are for a 3D film and you have ordered 3D Glasses, you will receive a receipt for your 3D Glasses when you collect your tickets. You can take your 3D Glasses receipt to any designated collection point in the cinema to collect your 3D Glasses before the film.

9. If you have purchased 3D Glasses from Scene Cinemas KSA, and you discover that you do not require them for the movie booked, prior to the scheduled start time, you can obtain a refund at the cinema at the same day of the collection.

Use of tickets:

1. Tickets (and if applicable, 3D Glasses, food and/or drink) are sold by Scene Cinemas KSA solely for personal and non-commercial use only. Tickets are non-transferrable. Use of tickets (and if applicable, 3D Glasses and/or food and drink) for a business or commercial activity is strictly prohibited unless we have expressly authorized such use in writing. You undertake that you will not (a) trade, resell or offer for resale any tickets (whether at a premium or otherwise) and/or (b) use tickets or 3D Glasses for advertising or promotions (including prize draws, competitions, contests and/or sweepstakes) or for any other trade purposes. If you trade, resell or offer for resale any tickets, the tickets in question will be automatically and immediately deemed invalid.

Scene Cinemas KSA Code of Conduct Terms:

1. All purchases of tickets are subject to Scene Cinemas KSA "Code of Conduct" copies of which are displayed in our cinemas and which are displayed in the KSA "Code of Conduct Terms" page of the Website. The terms of the Code of Conduct are deemed to form part of these Terms and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between Scene Cinemas KSA "Code of Conduct Terms" and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail only to the extent of such conflict or inconsistency.

Important information:

• We will not be responsible for any tickets or 3D Glasses that are lost or stolen

• All seats are allocated and reserved for each ticket, unless it is clearly indicated during the booking process that seating will be open.

• It is your responsibility to ascertain whether the screening has been cancelled or rescheduled. If a screening is cancelled or rescheduled (for whatever reason), we will use reasonable endeavours to notify you of the cancellation or rescheduling, but we do not guarantee that you will be informed of such cancellation or rescheduling before the date / time of the screening. We will offer a range of alternatives which include Guest Passes, transfer to other show times. A refund in the form of Scene Credits will be offered if no suitable solution is available.

• The unauthorized use of photographic and recording equipment in our cinemas is strictly prohibited, and may result in immediate exclusion from our venues, as well as civil and criminal liability.

• We accept no responsibility for any loss or damage to any personal property that is brought to a cinema, including 3D Glasses.

• We will not be responsible for any defective or malfunctioning 3D Glasses, or any effect this may have on your ability to enjoy the movie experience.

• We reserve the right to refuse admission should you breach any of these Terms, or if we otherwise consider in our sole discretion that you pose actual or potential risk to public order or security.

• The cinema or venue in which the cinema is located may have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of our patrons. You consent to such security searches. Failure to consent and undergo a security search may result in you being denied entry to the cinema or venue without refund or other compensation of any kind.

• Non-compliance with these Terms may lead to the person or persons being reported to the authorities and denied future entry to a Scene Cinema KSA facility.

• Guests may not smoke (including electronic cigarettes or any other artificial cigarettes or smoking devices) on the premises. Anyone found doing so shall be removed from the premises without any refund or other compensation.

• Guests may not bring alcohol or illegal substances onto the premises. Anyone who is or appears to be intoxicated or under the influence of drugs shall be removed from the premises immediately without any refund or other compensation, and will be reported to the authorities.

• Any guest found or suspected of being in possession of a weapon, drugs or other harmful or illegal substances shall be refused entry without any refund or other compensation, and will be reported to the authorities.

Scene Cinema Credits:

• Scene Cinema Credit is our method for facilitating refunds, similar to a credit note for all our members. We don't provide cash refunds, but if you decide to cancel an online purchase up to 60 minutes before the movie's starting time, you'll receive a refund in the form of Scene Cinema Credits, with 1 Scene Cinema Credit equivalent to 1 . The full amount of your purchase, along with any associated booking fees, will be credited to your Scene Cinema wallet for future online transactions at Scene Cinema.

• Scene Cinema Credits are automatically applied during checkout for any future purchases made at www.scenecinema.sa. Please note that Scene Cinema Credits cannot be converted to cash.

• Kindly be aware that refunds are not applicable to bookings made with promotions, bank or any offers, nor discounted tickets.

• Please be advised that cancellations or booking changes are not permitted under the following circumstances: if the movie's scheduled start time is within 60 minutes, if tickets have been collected or scanned, if discounted tickets were obtained through bank or any offers, or if tickets were purchased with F&B deals.

Liability

1. a. Scene Cinemas KSA shall not be liable to you for any special, indirect or consequential damage or losses howsoever arising. Any liability Scene Cinemas KSA is limited to actually incurred damages directly arising from Scene Cinemas KSA’s breach of these Terms up to the maximum amount stated below.

2. b. Scene Cinemas KSA shall not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of its obligations that are caused by events outside Scene Cinemas KSA’s reasonable control.

3. c. Where erroneous pricing or product information has been given to you, and the error is obvious and could reasonably have been recognized by you as erroneous, we will not be obliged to supply the item, even if you have been shown a confirmation page and sent a confirmation e-mail.

4. d. Scene Cinemas KSA total liability for all claims arising out of or in connection with the purchase of tickets, 3D Glasses or food and drink via the Website, the Mobile Apps, kiosks or through third-party partners, resellers and distributors shall be limited to the price paid by you (if any) for those tickets, 3D Glasses and/or food and drink.

Scope / Governing law / Complaints

1. These Terms and any document expressly referred to in them represent the entire agreement between Scene Cinemas KSA and you in relation to their subject matter. To the extent permitted by law, all conditions and warranties implied by law, statute or otherwise are expressly excluded.

2. The terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any disputes shall be referred to the competent Saudi court.

3. If you have any complaints or concerns regarding these Terms and/or your ticket, 3D Glasses and/or food and drink purchase, please contact Guest Services via the "Contact Us" page of the Website.

Special Promotions

1. From time to time, Scene Cinemas will send promotions via email & push notifications, and by enrolling into the Program you consent to receiving such emails and push notifications. You may withdraw your consent at any time by unchecking the “I would like to receive promotional messages and Notification” option in the Mobile App profile settings.

1. These terms and conditions are applied only on the members who were part of the AMC Daera under the previous AMC cinema, that is owned by the Saudi Cinema Company.

   1. Existing AMC Daera members may continue to use eligible benefits available under the AMC Daera program until 31 December 2026 or until such benefits are exhausted, whichever occurs earlier.

   2. BENEFITS

   3. Existing Daera members with valid, accrued benefits as of the effective date shall retain the right to redeem such benefits until fully consumed or until 31 December 2026, whichever occurs earlier. Any unused benefits remaining after this date shall automatically expire.

CHANGES TO THESE PROGRAM TERMS.

1. We may change the terms of these Program Terms at any time without notice or liability by posting revised Program Terms on the Member Program website located at Scenecinemas.sa. Any change shall take effect immediately upon posting unless otherwise provided.

2. We may terminate or alter any or all of the benefits available under the Program at any time with or without notice. In the event of our termination of the Program, at our election, we may maintain Membership benefits until the expiration of special offers and/or offer you benefits under a successor program.

3. We may transfer the Program at any time to a third party, such as an affiliate of Scene Cinema KSA, including assigning or transferring these Program Terms, and transferring some or all of your personal data that we hold to that third party. We will provide you with prior notice of the transfer and the opportunity to opt out of the Program before the transfer takes effect. If you choose to opt out you will automatically lose any existing Membership benefits and Scene Cinema KSA and/or its transferee will have no liability to you, and will be under no obligation to compensate you, for that loss of benefits. If you do not opt out within the period of time set out in the notification, you will be deemed to have consented to your personal data which is held by Scene Cinemas KSA being transferred to the third party transferee designated in the notice. On such a transfer the transferee shall replace Scene Cinema KSA as a party to these Program Terms and it will have the same rights as Scene Cinema KSA does under these Program Terms, including to amend or cease offering any benefits to you at its sole discretion.

MISCELLANEOUS.
